The holiday season is upon us and giving is an important part of that. This year you can buy one present and give twice! When you bid on items on the Special Olympics New Hampshire 7th Annual Holiday Auction you’re bidding on some great items for holiday gift-giving and the winning bid is also helping out our Special Olympics athletes right here in New Hampshire! Fueling Engines Challenge
Did you know there are 440 miles of active railroad in NH?! Join us for the Fueling Engines Challenge! Now through March 31st, SONH athletes (Partners too!) will work to “fuel their engines” and virtually travel the 440 miles of active railroad to continue to train and prepare for in-person competition. The Special Olympics World Winter Games in Kazan, Russia in 2022 will serve as a catalyst that will challenge perceptions about people with intellectual disabilities, and all people with differences, and demonstrate to the world the power of sport to establish thriving, inclusive communities by transforming attitudes and behaviors. Athletes and Unified partners from 108 Nations and 3,000 Volunteers from all over the world will gather in Kazan to create acceptance and inclusion through sport, volunteerism, education and health.
